Sayaw sa Bangko(sah-YAHW-sah-bahng-KOH)
This dance is native to the barrio of Pangapisan, Lingayen, Pangasinan, and demands skill from its performers who must dance on top of a bench roughly six inches wide.
Again, this is a continuation of the series. For your reference, just read the previous posts if you are interested in knowing what is going on. If not, just look at the photos and it will speak by itself.

uban tua na milarga na sa atoa, uban vacation na.
